Sake Dinner with Chef Michael Fuller
Join us for an explorative dinner based around one of the oldest brews on the planet. Although in Japanese, sake is used as a general term for all alcoholic beverages, in English, sake is commonly defined as an alcoholic beverage produced from fermented rice. It has varying styles and quality levels of which we will explore both.
Chef Mike Fuller has curated a pairing menu sure to enrich and enhance the delicate flavors of rice distillate. Indulge in premium sake selections handpicked for the occasion by CS. Justin Jones.Reservations are available at 6 and 6:15 P.M. and the first course will be served at 6:30. Kanpai!!!
